Long Way Round: Chasing Shadows Across the World
Comments - I enjoyed the first couple of chapters about their early motorcycling experiences. The remainer of the book I didn't care much for. It offered little more on top of the film, and it was much more on the down beat side of things then I had expected. The bulk of the book was diary entries which often disclosed thier discourgments at the end of a tiring day. Very little presective reflecting back on their trip is given. The book had been fast tracked to promote the premier of TV series. A few travel savvy tips can be gleaned however.
